Walk
Today was the 24th Annual Kashiwazaki Try Walk. This years walk was a 12k in the Kitajo area, a country side area east of us. I walked with 3 of my students & a friend. I also saw 1 of the teachers from Joshy's school and a few other acquaintances.
It was a lovely day...
Even though the day was lovely, we were all ready to see the goal line.
I also noticed something...
This was my picture from the goal line of the 12k walk I did in May.
This is from today.
I am down 9kg/19.8# from May. From Spring of 2011, I am down a total of 28kg/61.6#. I still have another 17kg/37# to go, but I finally can see a difference

That's excellent! And positively motivating to see that drop.
I lost enough to see a difference too, and then I dropped off MyFitnessPal, and even though I was still exercising, I think I was eating too much, and gained some back. Now I'm trying to get back on it.
I feel better when I'm not toting too many extra pounds on my small frame.
recording is a huge part of it. You CAN do it!!! I started on my fitness pal, but recently I log everything on fitbit. I also switched from coffee to green tea & that seems to have made a big difference.
Congraulations! On the walk, and on the weight loss!
This is a beautiful post -- as I read it, though, I'm hearing reports of many hikers killed in a volcano eruption -- I hope that was nowhere near where you are!
The eruption was in the next prefecture over, not near us at all.
I got this web site from my friend who informed me regarding this site and
now this time I am visiting this web page and reading very informative posts at this time.
